Most people don’t fail because they can’t do it. They fail because they keep waiting on motivation instead of buildin’ momentum. Motivation is flaky. It disappears when life gets real. But momentum? That’s built one decision at a time. One bottle of water instead of soda. One walk instead of sittin’. One workout done tired instead of skipped completely.
