I'm Coach Ant of ICER Fitness—certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I help people lose weight, tone up, and turn their bodies into fat-burning machines through online video training, hip hop aerobics, and 1-on-1 coaching—both locally and across the map.

Why I'm the TRAINER For YOU
I didn’t just create Trap Online Boot Camp—I lived it. I lost 73 pounds in just five months by locking in with intermittent fasting, a consistent routine, and a complete shift in how I moved and ate. Now I help women do the exact same thing, but with a twist—through hip hop aerobics that turn every workout into a vibe.
Trap stands for Training, Recovery, Apply, and Progress. It’s a rhythm-based, high-energy online boot camp that fuses fitness with fun—so you don’t feel like you’re “working out,” but you’re burning fat like crazy.
